Samsung Health Not Working on A70

Am unable to initialize Samsung Health.  Error msg says "can't set up the app".  See poto. 

Have been waiting two months for the service to become available and having to resort or other "brands" to record and track  my activities.

Anyone have a fix?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing?

Multiple times. 

Any other suggestions?
