Samsung Health Isn't Working

I just got a new note 9 and after factory resetting, the samsung health app isn't going beyond the permissions screen. I have tried deleting, reinstalling, clearing app cache and data and then reinstalled it but no effect. 

Can anyone suggest something effective?

try enabling all permissions

 

settings → apps → S Health → Permission → enable all

 

then turn off and on the device
