Samsung galaxy s23

Hello, 

I have placed an order for a Samsung galaxy s23 the standard model with 256gb storage in cream, the delivery date is meant to be today however I have had no contact from DPD or Samsung. When checking the order look up page it shows that payment has not been accepted however have confirmation of order. Does anyone know when I will receive my order.

If the payment has not been accepted and the money has not left your bank, then I would be very doubtlful about recieving the phone. You should contact Samsung and find out about the status of your order.

Thank you I am going to contact Samsung as my other order which was placed after the Samsung s23 is awaiting dispatch so not sure what is happening, does anyone know if there is a wait for the Samsung galaxy s23.
