@1qaz: Please try opening the Email app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Manage folders, and you can show, hide and reorder your email folders from here. You can also tap on your account at the top of the screen, and choose 'Email folders to sync' to ensure that the relevant folders are set up to sync to your phone.
@Lousie: Please open the Email app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Select your account > Email sync period (this may be called 'Period to sync emails') > Adjust the sync period to your preference, or select 'All Time' to sync your entire inbox.
