Samsung Free rejoin not working

Samsung Free was playing up so tried to leave. Now for 3 days it's not letting me rejoin as I need to leave properly. It says that it can take as long as a day. 

 This is on my note20 ultra. I can leave and rejoin no worries on my Tab6 but am not unable to get back into samsung free. 

 Tech support no use. 

 Also tried removing Samsung account and it worked again but as soon as I logged back into Samsung account I get the same message. 

 Any ideas? 

EDIT: My Tab s6 has received an update to the Samsung Free app and now show's the same message.

Been stuck with the same message on s8+ for a week now! After trying to leave

Have had a reply from Samsung Customer Support to say that they have received my email (sent the same time as I posted here) and have forwarded it to the right department. Good work eh!!!!!

and Samsung free is working fine atm.

Edit: Had to clear upday cache in order to load the latest news.

Wahey. It now works. 

This is what worked for me. 

I went into apps and Samsung Free - uninstalled the updates and cleared data and cache. 

Downloaded the link from sammobile and installed that. 

It froze on the accept condition screen when I started Free

Went back into the apps and cleared data and cache again and hey presto. 

It now works on my Tab S6 without having to do anything. 

Strange thing is, that apk version shows the same version as the one updated from the galaxy store. 

Huge thanks. 

I can turn it off now happy I know it works 😂

Not working for me. Did you try the solution mentioned in this thread or it started working for you after a while by itslef ?

It says l need to be over 14 yet l have been using it until today
