Samsung free not available

So it says samsung free not available in UK but separate app for Samsung TV plus is working. I'm confused.

Working fine for me in the UK with an unlocked Note 20 Ultra 5G

Go to settings > apps > Samsung Free and delete all data. Make sure the app is fully closed, then open it again.
