Samsung fit does not open

Hi Samsung community i have rooted my phone to try something out and I put my phone back on the default software and now I can't use Samsung fit it opens but it gives me an error I tried safe mode as mentioned in a thread but it won't open in safe mode please reply asap because I'm getting a galaxy watch soon

What method did you use to root the phone?

And how did you 'unroot' it? See if banking apps/Samsung Pay work. If not, it's likely something has been left behind by the rooting.

Unless M****K was used Knox will have been tripped rendering things like banking apps unable to work, ever.

You tripped Knox, which means your phone is generally ruined.

I'd say at at this point, contact support and they may be able to do a reflash. It's likely to be chargeable though, as it doesn't seem to have happened on it's own.
