Samsung email update domain removal

Hi all,

Recently had a number of company devices lose the domain name in their email account settings... looking at it you cannot update this field once the account has been created? I've checked app settings, account settings... is there anywhere else I have not checked? The work around is to uninstall the app and reinstall, adding the email account back on... not great 😞

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you tell us a little more? What phone/tablet, what version of Android? App your using? What email a service? Connected to Exchange/exchange online/Gmail?

Samsung native email app v6.1.73.1, devices A32 - connected through exchange, os versions range from 10-13.
