Samsung EMail not synchronise with IPv6.

Hello, all. I spotted issue in the Samsung email app. 

I have Sky broadband and it did work for few years but before, Christams and new year modem/router started to drop connections and as I reported, sky engeneer came in and agreed with it. He replaced modem/router. And it works fine now. But last month I spoted email app stopped to synchronise for some reason. (Samsung Members app has difficulties as well with IPv6). And my suspicious come true. As I turned off IPv6 now it works. I know on old router I've turned off as well IPv6 and I forgot about it, because as you set once and it just works. So Samsung please fix issue with IPv6 protocol in email app.

Hi I've read that Sky Broadband and IPv6 do not work well. It may be worth approaching Sky for support.

This is scenario where need to integrate IPv6 support in the app. If app doesn't support then has to know how to switch to IPv4. What is calling if I'm not wrong dual-stack.
