Samsung Email issue

I'm trying to log into my University email via Microsoft 365. But once I log in, an error comes up asking for administrator access because my account hasn't been given access. Not sure who my administrator is though, nor how to contact them to get this issue resolved.

Anyone know how to fix this issue? It works fine on Outlook/Gmail. And log in information is all correct.

@SugarRush: Which Samsung device are you using to access Microsoft 365, and have you tried another compatible device to see if the issue persists? Further to the above, reaching out to your University's IT department would be advisable, as they will be able to shed light on any restrictions you might face when accessing your email account externally.

A Samsung S10. And I have not, don't think I'll be able to seeing as I don't have another Samsung device.

And yes, I do plan on getting into contact with them at the least.
