Samsung email folder creation?

I have a fairly new S20 5G phone and it seems that - unlike in older Samsung phones - there is no way to create your own folders within the Samsung email app. Could anyone either confirm or explain how, please?

It's still possible. Tap the menu on top left of screen, scroll down to and tap All Folders. At the bottom of the page tap create new folder.

Doesn't work. At the bottom of All Folders there is no Create Folder to be tapped. It existed in older Galaxy models, not in S20 5G.

It's there on my S21 Ultra but I checked my S10 and it's not there. Weird!

@Pugs1957  @George284  New Folder is an option on my S10.  I have quite a few folders  and right at the Bottom  is  + Create Folder.

The OS is Android 11 and the Samsung email version is 6.1.42.0.

Same as mine. It will be interesting to see which version James is running.
