Samsung cloud update

Samsung cloud tells me to update I then press to update and just bypasses without updating

Please fix!!!

It might be worth trying to update Samsung Cloud via Galaxy Apps in this instance: Galaxy Apps > More > My Apps > Update.

Let us know how it goes.

I'm having the same issue on Oreo with the s8. I've tried to update via galaxy apps but Samsung cloud doesn't show up in there. Please fix Samsung !

Still unable to update samsung cloud.. can't be located in galaxy apps too.. I'm using a S9.

Hi @Terraleigh.

What model of phone do you have? Could you give us a little more info on the issue you're having?

go into settings and then apps, on the top right hand corner click show system apps and scroll down to Samsung cloud, clear cache and data on that and then try to update failing this go back into the app in the settings menu by showing system apps and then Samsung cloud, click the three dots at the top right and click uninstall updates. failing this remove your Samsung account and create a new one, add this and try to update it.
