Samsung Cloud recover discontinued memo app data

Greetings,

Recently my s6 phone broke and I upgraded to an a71. However, this new phone now has "samsung notes" instead of "memos" and subsequently I cannot restore 101 memos stored in my samsung cloud account.

What could I do in this situation?

Unfortunately it didn't work for me.

I`m afraid this is not the solution as the phone is not able to retrieve all notes with this import!

Did u manage to sort ? I'm facing same issue now syncing memo backup data to the new Samsung notes app
