Samsung Care + No Repair of my Phone!

I am self-employed and had ordered my phone via the company address. Despite having Samsung Care+, my claim is rejected because it is assumed that it is used for business and this is excluded in the small print. This is unserious and fraudulent. Don' buy this product.

@Klaus Kupferschmid  Whilst you may find it frustrating  it is important to be aware of the policy cover,detailed in the terms and conditions.   "Samsung Care+ is only valid for mobile devices purchased by You for personal use. It is not valid for mobile devices that You use or are provided with for business or employment purposes"

Fraudulent is being used very loosely here , would not meet legal test.
