When I am trying to take screenshot or screen record, it is asking for permission of Files. I have already given all the available permissions in settings but still it is asking for permission.

@Akash Pattnayak : Are you referring to My Files? To double check your permissions, please head to Settings > Apps > My Files > Permissions > Allowed > Allow management of all files.

Is the issue persistent, or does it only occur when you attempt to take a screenshot or screen recording within a certain app? If, for instance, you take a screenshot of your Home screen, does the same permissions notification occur?

The issue is persistent. Even taking screen shot of Home screen, the app is asking for the permission specifically for Files.

Did you follow the steps in turning on the permission, @Akash Pattnayak  ?

Yes I followed the steps. Settings > Apps > My Files > Permissions > Allowed. And under allowed I have only

  • Music and audio
  • Notifications
  • Photos and videos

I didn't get any option like Allow management of all files.
