Samsung/Bulb promotion

Some people got the Smartthings hub and 2x plug for £1, mine was £75 voucher for the store. Used the link from Samsung Pay app to swap to Bulb but still had no email containing a voucher (already submitted 1st meter readings). Does anyone know how long it takes to get this email from 1st reading? Or how to reach the right department to chase?

I had the hub promo and it took me ages to receive the code too, it's frustrating because they don't really have a contact for this but you aren't alone in it taking its sweet time
