I've opened up my crypto wallet ( Samsung blockchain) to find my balance is £0. Has anyone experienced any issues recently with Samsungs blockchain?
I can see all my coins that I have in my wallet but don't have any live data or value for my coins. It like the blockchain has just switched off for some reason.
I quickly checked my coins haven't crashed and are no longer in play but all seems OK with my crypto coins so don't really understand what's happened.
I've tried reaching out to Samsung about their blockchain in the past but their customer support for blockchain issues is zero. No one at customers support has any training on the "blockchain"

Tried that. The guy made me wait so he could try and find the answers for me but came
back and said he's not really trained in this and he dosnt have that information in front of him.

Can you try again and ask for appropriate team to be contacted if in first instance they don't know.

They guy I was speaking to was working from home like all Samsung customers service, and they have a script with questions and answers in front of them. If the question is not on the script, they simply don't know. He did say try and phone Samsungs to resolve this but I haven't had the time today.
