I purchased a Samsung 10,000 mAh/15w/c type dual USB port when I attach it to my phone to charge its very slow charging anybody else had this problem

Yes, same, first time I've used it. Taken 40 minutes to charge 19% to 26% and also as I was using it it went down 1%.
