I've burned 1400 calories in 4000 steps its all a load of sh!t, on average a 160lbs person only burns 40 calories per 1000 steps🤣

this was yesterday step and cals you also burn 🔥 round 300 cals when sleeping 😴 watch is worth the money you can call 📞 text emails music 🎶 its better then the fitbit i had 🤩
