I have a Galaxy S7, that has a Samsung account registered on it, but I have only ever signed into the Samsung account on the phone and never had to use the password.
I have now lost access to the registered email address, and when I try to change the email address on the account it all works up to the point where it wants the password which I don't know.
No problem I thought, I would just create a new account, which I did. However, when I try to remove the existing Samsung account from the phone it asks for the password.
How do I either:
Recover the phones samsung account password without access to the email address.
or
Remove the current samsung account from the phone without the password?
There doesn't appear to be any available contact details for problems associated with a Samsung account.
