Hello everyone, does anyone knows why Samsung makes so difficult to someone who moved to live into a different country to change country in your Samsung account profile? Seriously Samsung.

I recently discovered that it is a simple matter of raising a support request. Follow the steps listed here -

You might have to replace 'ae' to your country code.
