Hello Everyone, 

Bought A7 phone from samsung i did the 15 minutes phone to get the regional unlock off and sent it kenya, for some reason it did not work it kept saying sim network unlock code. I have the phone back the UK make few more calls keeps saying the same sim network unlock code when i insert a kenyan sim. Samsung has kept me waiting for 2 months for code. Can anyone advise if they have had a similar issue.

Where did you purchase the phone from, @Hishu01 ?

The error you're describing sounds like the phone is locked to a network, rather than a region.
