Greetings!
Did anyone experience Ghost Touch and Charging Issues since the last software update?
Here's my story, I am excited for the Android 11 release for Samsung A20s (since will get new updates and new features to try) but the issue is my phone started Ghost Touching (I can't press my screen I need to unlock it again to use it) and the very worse is when I charge my phone it's stop to 56% and I need to unplug and plug it again to charge.
I need help, do I need to disable some features? do I need to remove some specific apps? or do I have to wait for the next update to check what's up.
