Hello...I have had a samsung j5 for a few years and used it perfectly in the car with a plantronic speaker to receive phone calls.
I now have a samsung a20e and find that I can't control the volume if the speaker and the ringtone. The caller is fine, as it was before but the ringtone blows my head off. How do I reduce this without reducing the volume of the caller because if I reduce the ringtone then the voice is too quiet.
