Hi my phone has taken Al my numbers on WhatsApp and added apps I've not installed can anyone help I don't want to lose any messages or pictures as they are some of my mum who is no longer with us

My contacts are just numbers no names

Try Open “Applications” in “Settings.”Tap on ‘Application Manager’ and scroll down to tap on “WhatsApp.”Tap on “Permissions” on the App Info screen.Set the ‘Contacts’ toggle at ‘ON’ on the' Permissions' screen.

Don't suppose you would know how to get Bluetooth to connect to calls as at moment only connect to audio media

Go to settings, Bluetooth, select the device and move the slider to enable call audio.
