S21 Secure Folder

I have a couple of notes in the Samsung Notes app. I also have a Secure Folder set up, and initialized. When selecting any note, you can select 'Move to Secure folder'. When doing so, they just don't move to the Secure folder. Why?

You have to enter your password / pin before you can access the Secure Folder and place the Notes in there.

You'll be saving them to a partitioned area protected by Knox. There is a separate Notes folder in Secure Folder.

It is part of the security features of Secure Folder.

Thanks, but I have unlocked the secure folder, and it's still not moving the notes across.

Have you tried going the other way?

Open Secure Folder
Click on the add icon
Search for your notes that you want to move
Import them into your secure folder?

The only other thing I'm thinking right now is whether you've already saved the notes before trying to move them to Secure?

I suspect the answer is yes but thought I'd ask.....

Yes, notes save automatically. Makes no difference
