S10's new update

After I  downloaded the system update, 4 of my apps got deleted in the restart. I'm now unable to download any apps from the Internet nor from the Google Play Store. The apps I do have can still be updated from the Google Play Store however. What could the issue be here and how can I fix it?

they're games, Hungry Dragon, Plants vs zombies 2, Stickl man battle and Temple run 2. All of which are available on the Play Store.

I checked this games and available on Play Store. Did you a cache clearing process after you updated UI 3.0?

highly recommended after UI 3.0 software update. The way same as s10+

The only issue is I don't have Headphones/Earphones that use the charging port. I have one that uses the circular port. Will it still work?

you can do this way via USB charging cable connect to PC or laptop

thankyou, I've managed to wipe the cache, but it doesn't seem to have solved the issue. I'll wait for the next system update.
