ring pro / smarthings app

 Hi there Im having trouble viewing live view on smartthings app. Ring pro picks up montion in smartthings app but cant seem to open live view. It say unavailable. Any1 esle with this issue and fix sorted would love to find out how you resolved. 

Iv tryed clear data and clear cache on smartthings app and uninstall and rebooted my s20 and done fresh install of smarthings app but no luck still same problem.
