Ring App notifications

Does anyone have an issue receiving doorbell notifications? If so , what did you do to resolve it? I have a Galaxy Note20 & Galaxy S5e tab. The tablet is fine but the note20 I don't receive anything.

@Mc61 Hello, apply Forced restart of the device: press and hold the Power button and the volume button (-) until it restarts / approx. 10 sec /.
Check.If the problem persists -in Applications, the three dots on the top right-Reset preferences.

For the note 20, I had to clear the ring app cache within Android settings/Storage. Then I started getting the notifs.
