I recently factory reset my G10 coz it was freezing alot.
As far as I know I was synching amd backing up everything on Google and my most important Samsung Notes to s cloud. But noe I couldn't get anything inothing there. I am trying to go in S cloud it says update it but cant let me update it as well. Giving error of "check internet connection well I am connected to it. "
Pls help me get my NOTES back it was really important

Have you since been able to log into your Samsung Cloud account or are you still having the issue?

I have now but there is nothing there to be restore.

Do you have multiple Samsung accounts, @Visualtor? HAve you ever backed up any data using Samsung Smart Switch?
