Hi,
Does anyone know how the hell to request a refund of purchase of a subscription through the Galaxy Store?
I subscribed for a 7 day free trial of Adobe Reader for PDF through the Galaxy App Store. The app didn't have the features I'd hoped for and on the last day of the trial I went to cancel it only to find out I'd already been charged the annual subscription fee of £53.89.
I've had an absolute nightmare of a time today just simply trying to speak to the correct department at Samsung who can advise on the procedure for a refund of this sort!
Any ideas?!

@Members_wc3YXpN: If you head to the Galaxy Store, tap the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right, then select Settings > Contact us, you can submit your enquiry from here. Alternatively, head to the Adobe Reader app in the Galaxy Store, tap the 3 dots in the top right, then select Help > Contact us. I hope this helps.
