I've accidently deleted a video from my phone (incl recycle bin). Can anyone suggest a free recovery app?

Do you not have any backups available from either cloud or local storage. It really is advisable to back up.  https://www.androidauthority.com/best-android-backup-apps-and-other-ways-too-608014/

As far as free recovery apps go these are somewhat limited and  as have never needed this option could not recommend a particular one (either free or paid). Reliabilty will vary and may not be successful. some information here though.https://drfone.wondershare.com/android-data-recovery.html

File recovery on a phone isn't as possible as it is on a computer. Your best chances are trying to find it in your backups, which you hopefully have working
