@RichWar: Can you confirm if your PC meets the following Wi-Fi and Bluetooth specifications?
• Bluetooth driver: (Intel) 22.50.02 version or higher
• Wi-Fi driver: (Intel) 22.50.07 version or higher
With the above in mind, please try updating the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers on your PC, to see if this helps. You should also ensure that you are running the app on a compatible device by checking the specifications below.
• Samsung Galaxy Book (including Qualcomm-based PCs released in 2020 or later)
• Windows PC with Intel Bluetooth/Wi-Fi released by other manufacturers

I have exactly the same problem. I am on a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro 9, with the additional information below:
- Microsoft Windows 11 Home version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
- Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver version 22.230.0.2
- Intel wifi driver version 22.230.0.8.
The problem seems not to have anything to do with bluetooth and wifi, as transfers work when I skip signing in to my Samsung account on the Windows Quick Share app, and send to receive from "Anyone". The problem is when I try to sign in to my Samsung account through the Windows Quick Share app. I get the same blank screen as @RichWar did. The app does not freeze as I could click the "x" button on the top right corner of the white blank pop-up window and get back to the Quick Share top screen (the one with the option to either "Skip" or "Sign In".
I have tried everything from uninstalling the Windows Quick Share app and reinstalling it, and both "Repairing" and "Resetting" the Windows Quick Share app via the Windows "Installed App" settings.
All the above were done after installing all available Windows update (and having restarted the Surface Pro 9.
Grateful if you could provide further assistance.
Thank you!

Hi @RichWar , I had the same problem as yours, and I reported it today in this thread by replying to @AndrewL yesterday (see below). Though I haven't heard back from Andrew, I tried using Quick Share again on my Surface Pro 9 today, and to my surprise, when I click "Sign In", it opened my Microsoft Store app prompting me to install the Samsung Account application. I proceeded to install Samsung Account and signed in to my Samsung Account on it, and then Quick Share started working as it should.
I used to use Quick Share on my previous Surface Pro 7 but I don't remember having to install Samsung Account application on that computer, so maybe something has changed.
Anyway, that is how it worked out for me. Since I don't see the moderator providing any real solutions, I thought I would share that with you and hopefully it will work for you too.
Cheers!
Clement

My Quick Share can't even receive files from my phone in Windows 11 and a message appears unable to send files, without explaining why it can't send or receive.

Yeah, even months later, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Currently, it doesn't. I can Quick Share files to my computer from my phone, but my computer won't Quick Share files to my phone. Go figure. And trying to search for any real help (other than admins telling you to update your drivers - which rarely seems to be the actual issue) is like trying to play a game of Whack-A-Mole for outdated responses (i.e. update your drivers).

stop pretending it's a diver problem and hiding behind some obscure driver version requirements from an OEM. It's simple that this app is so poorly engineered and designed that Samsung was never capable of getting it to work on non Galaxy notebooks simple as that. My laptop can receive and deliver over WiFi and BT with dozens of other apps but for some strange reason on Samsung Quickshare refuse to work and uses these intel driver number as an excuse for missing skill and knowledge.
Small reminder for good system design: never ask your customer to check the version number of a specific hard driver, this is your job, yes you hear this right Mr highly paid software engineer: your job.

(Some Laptop's default cards are MediaTek.....)
