@SachA50 Hello, first try to reset camera settings, from the camera settings / reset settings.
If it persists, press and hold the Camera icon and you will see a small iboton, click on it. In Storage clear the cache, and if it persists, also delete Data.
@SachA50: If you're having some difficulty scanning QR codes via the Camera app then, first of all, open the Camera app, tap the cog symbol in the top left, and make sure that Scan QR Codes is toggled on. If it is, and if the issue persists, then please check out the alternate options via the link below.
