I have recently bought a Samsung Galaxay a12s and i have some problems and be glad of any help.
1. I dont have an option to turn on profile sharing or even see anyones statuses.
2. When people send me photos/gifs i cant view them, it just comes up with an exclamation mark!
Please help!
