Portrait to Landscape Problem Galaxy A53

Hi all,

I have the Galaxy A53 and I'm having trouble in getting the phone that when taking photos I can't get the photo to turn into Landscape from portrait.  

The feature is enabled in my phone and I can't think what else it maybe so anyone have any pointers on this please?

Have you tried restarting your phone? Something similar happened to me. A restart sorted it for me.

If auto rotate is set in the settings, have you also tried resetting the camera app to see if that helps?

Well the stupid thing is the rote does work, say if I'm in certain locations and I tilt the the phone it doesn't work all other times it does?
