Looks like you need to contact your service provider to obtain a code It will normally be found as the last 4 digits of the 8 digits number. Sometimes on the SIM itself or somewhere in the packaging the the SIM came with Unless you have at some point changed it
Have you moved your sim number to a different network? Or have you bought a phone that is locked to a different network than the one your sim card is on? Where did you buy your phone from?
