I am concerned about my apps not coming up for updates when they are usually always wanting to update at least once or twice a week, i am worried

I have a samsung galaxy A12 A13 A14 A15 but I only use A16 and s10 mobile phone and my 2 tablets tab s9 WiFi and tab A7 lite and the tab A7 lite has not updated since 1st July last year and my other devices are either 1st Nov or one is 1st December, i use device care regularly but I can not see app protection in device care, i have a vpn, i don't know what to do am really worried

Some Samsung devices get monthly updates, some get quartly updates, some get them twice a year. Where a phone can have issues with updates if its in the wrong region, I don't believe tablets can. Go to software update on the tablet, press last update, press the link it shows. That is a website with all the updates for your tablet model. If the top update is the one you have (check android security patch month) then all is fine.
From the devices you said, app protection might not be available on some. I know american models don't have it but I'll assume your device is from this country. The s10 should have it though. Looks like this pic on my s22.
Is your vpn set for the uk? If not, that might be messing things up too
