@davybhoy: Are you using a particular app or feature when you encounter this notification? Have you tried connecting to another Wi-Fi router, a friend or family members, to see if the issue persists?

Please make sure your phone is up to date by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
If it is up to date, please clear the cache of any affected apps by doing the following:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.
