Phone won't connect

Hi has Amy one had trouble contacting they A12 to there car.

Every time I try it says not phone found.

Never had any trouble contacting my old phone to car

@linz28: What method of connection are you using e.g Bluetooth, USB? Have you tried heading to Settings > Advanced Features > Android Auto, and running through the setup to see if this helps?
