This list of passkey services on the phone can be edited in Settings, both for the personal profile and the work profile. However, when using cross-device passkeys, the phone only shows the passkey services available in the personal profile.
For example, I have two Microsoft Authenticator apps—one in each profile—but only the Authenticator in the personal profile appears when selecting a passkey.
In essence, this makes using passkeys in the work profile very difficult and forces users to store or install passkeys in their personal profile.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to change this?
