I have used an Outlook email app on 2 Samsung samsung tablets with no issues for some time. I now want to use the same app on an S9 phone and Watch 4, however neither of these seem to work, both displaying the message text

It does give some instructions for corrective actions but these don't seem to work. Can anyone offer a solution please.
