Outgoing calls.

Whenever I make a call, I cannot hear the ringing of the other phone just silence. The call does connect and then I can hear the other person speak as usual. Is there a setting for this somewhere? I've reset my phone (S10e) and don't know what else to do with it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

it could be weak network reception I think, contact your network provider

its happened to a lot of users since last update so hopefully Samsung will bring out a fix for it
as obviously its to do with there update
