After upgrading to my S25 Ultra from my S20FE, i noticed that while all the people in the gallery were still linked to the contacts, whenever i took a new photo of these people it wouldn't show up under them. Instead, it always created a new person for each one, which i have to link to the contact again.
Now i have multiple instances of the same person! Why does samsung NOT automatically merge them all into one EVEN AFTER I TOLD IT THAT IT'S THE SAME CONTACT?
Instead i would have to do it manually and the next time it would still make a new instance
