As per sammobile samsung confirmed China will be receiving beta on a 31st August.

Does that mean other markets will receive beta on same time as well?

I'm living in UK, in members app as of now 15 banners are there may be soon will receive UI 6.0

It's been delayed again, if you read the sammobile all the way though as posted earlier he doesn't know the reason given for the delay but no new timeframe for when it will happen. So know it won't come on the 31st August as you have posted.
