On samsung galaxy app mindfulness

On the app I have completed a 7 day meditation but it will not remove from the front page how can I remove it

@Dee101: If you press and hold on the 'Day 7 -Awareness' tile, does it bring up any options to delete or remove it? If not, try tapping the 3 dots in the top right to explore the available options here.

The dots only show history and subscription options when I press or hold it, it just plays
