Notifications Sound

I brought the A52 4G last week and I am having problems with notifications sound. When my phone is connected to hand free, if a notification comes, the notification sound will continue. It's like an emergency beacon. It will come until the phone is restarted. But it does not always come. is it a software bug?

Connect to your handset and go to setting, notification. Check settings there. If not.please check settings with your hands free device settings
