At the moment notifications have an option to snooze for 15 mins, 30mins, 1 hour or 2 hours. I find myself snoozing 1 notification for 2 hours 4 times a day regularly because the notification comes in just after I start work and can't do anything with the information until afterwards.
I think a great update would be a choice of a custom time, a little bit like an alarm but so you can remember that notification from earlier.
