Note 20 ultra live buds.

Can someone please tell me how to claim the  Note 20 Ultra live buds. That option not available on the app. There is ony the option of the Note 20 buds

Open Member app select benefits then scroll down you'll find claim live buds

when you open members app tap the bell at top right side where I found it.. at the top of pic I sent says did you get new phone then tap it
