I preordered my Fold 4 on the 22nd of Aug and been trying to register my phone for the free 1 year insurance but my IMEI & Serial number aren't recognise. Has anyone else had a problem too?
Maybe try the 2nd IMEI and see if that works? I had a similar problem when I registered my s21 for the chromebook deal back in January when I got it but I used the 2nd IMEI which worked perfectly. Hope this helps
Maybe try a different webbrowser? I doubt samsung wld send fake/unofficial devices. Its probs just a fault with the website. Try emailing Samsung Support, hopefully they will fix the error soon.
Hi, it's a technical issue from them, I was told as I called them to report the issue. I was also told that another link ( the right one ) would be sent by email soon.
